DESCRIPTION
Roofing system for inclined roofs Obieto de la invención
The object of the present invention is a system for covering the inclined surfaces of the upper enclosures of the buildings, which enables the evacuation of rainwater, complements the impermeability of the support, which constitutes the inclined surface, and provides the exterior aesthetic appearance.
Background of the invention
At the present time, traditional solutions are used for the provision of covering on inclined roofs; in most cases cement mortar is used on the support in order to fix the tiles, hence cover pieces, which are usually ceramic or concrete. In those cases where the slope is important, usually higher than 40%, it is sometimes used to fix these covering pieces by means of screws staples, nails or adhesive material, to battens fixed in turn to the support.
Numerous references to patents and utility models have been found that disclose different models of battens and covering pieces, citing the following that are considered relevant:
ES1039269 U, ES1045579 U, ES1043085 U, ES1077357 U, ES2091143 T3, ES1057368 U, ES1058547 U, ES1063000 U, ES1060438 U, ES2349549 T3, ES1057597 U and ES1057989 U
In none of the documents found, the placement of the covering pieces is carried out by direct assembly with the batten without using any material or element.
Description of the invention

market suitably modified by the addition of heels and projections. The invention comprises the following elements:
• a plurality of covering pieces, each of the covering pieces has, at the upper edge of its lower face, at least one elongated heel and, next to one of the lateral edges of its upper face, has at least one a longitudinal projection whose lower end is spaced a distance from the lower edge of said covering piece;
• a plurality of faldon strips intended to support the rows that cover the skirt of the support. Each of the said faldon strips comprises a hollow and elongated base, whose cross section has an approximately rectangular shape, the upper face of said base has one or more longitudinal grooves and approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the base, the shape and dimensions of said longitudinal grooves are those necessary for the heels of the covering pieces to fit into said longitudinal grooves. At the upper rear edge parallel to the longitudinal axis of the base a vertical sheet is arranged, as a continuation of the rear face of the base, and on the upper side of said vertical sheet there is a plurality of recesses whose shape is the negative of the lower face of the covering pieces, the end of the recess intended to support the lateral edge of the covering piece has a prolongation of the recess with the shape suitable for fitting the projection of the covering part in said extension. The said recesses and grooves are arranged in such a way that the adjacent covering pieces overlap each other, being perfectly assembled in the faldon strips;
• a plurality of ridge battens intended to support the row of covering pieces closest to the ridge of the support, each ridge ridge is a hollow and elongated element, whose cross section has a shape and dimensions equal to the shape and dimensions of the base of the eaves battens. Its upper face has a plurality of longitudinal grooves approximately parallel to the longitudinal axis of the ridge batten, the shape and dimensions of said grooves are those necessary for the heels of the covering pieces to fit into said grooves. Said grooves are arranged in such a way that the adjacent covering pieces overlap each other, being perfectly assembled in the ridge strips.
• A plurality of eave battens intended to support the covering pieces forming the first row covering the support eave. Each of the

Eavestrips comprises an elongated base whose transversal section has an upper horizontal section, an intermediate vertical section and a lower horizontal section joined together and which generate a transversal section whose shape is approximately Z. To said upper horizontal section a laminate is attached vertical whose shape and dimensions are approximately the same as the shape and dimensions of the vertical sheet of the faldon strips. A plurality of grooves are disposed in the lower edge of the intermediate vertical section in the manner of a comb in order to close the opening between said eave rake and the support and to allow the passage of air, said grooved sheets being separated from one another. the necessary distance to allow the placement of the lifting blocks.
• A plurality of lifting lugs, each of said lifting lugs is attached to the support by one or more first fixing elements and one of the rails by means of one or more second fixing elements. Each of the lifting lugs has an approximate shape of a straight prism of approximately rectangular base.
The use of the lifting lugs facilitates ventilation under cover, makes it possible that in cases of leaks of the cover, if the support is impermeable, evacuation without stagnation is possible, and also, since, preferably, the lugs of elevation will have different heights, allows a correct leveling in cases of irregular supports or save projections if they present folds or undulations-
For the positioning of the system on the support a rethinking is made marking the position of the blocks and the battens in order that the latter are located parallel, in horizontal position, separated a distance equal to the separation between rows and with the displacement in horizontal sense necessary so that the final position of the covering pieces is correct. The battens are fixed to the support, raised on the studs, using fixing elements appropriate to the nature thereof. After that, only the layout of the covering pieces assembled in the battens will remain, they will be placed according to the position of their laces, forming horizontal and vertical rows, so that the upper part of each piece will fit in a row of battens and its bottom in another row. The lower part of the covering piece being the one that overlaps the horizontal row located below the row in which it is located, and the upper part of the covering piece which overlaps the horizontal row located higher than the row in which it is. Being the upper face of

the covering piece which faces the exterior of the building and the lower face of the covering piece which is oriented towards the building. Each covering piece has a projection laterally on its lower part, which engages in the lower support batten, and in its upper part a protruding lace heel of its lower face with the object of assembling in the upper batten, leaving the piece of perfectly fixed cover.
The use of this system contributes mainly as an advantage the greater ease and simplicity of execution with respect to those currently used, which entails a reduction in manpower and time needed for the implementation. The use of removable elements allows reuse with a negligible reduction, and when considering the use almost exclusively of recycled materials, maximum utilization is guaranteed after its useful life.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
To complement the previous description and in order to provide a better understanding of the elements of the system, its assembly and its placement on site, a set of illustrative and non-limiting figures is attached, which represent a preferred embodiment of the invention and that are described below.
Figure 1 represents a covering piece (1) for its upper face, which corresponds to what is known as "mixed tile" to which modifications have been made. Said cover piece has a thickening (2) on its upper face arranged to fit into slits of the pieces located next to it. The "mixed tile" has been modified by providing a projection (4) that makes a stop with the skirt of faldon or lower eaves.
Figure 2.- The covering piece shown in figure 1 is represented by its lower face, showing that it also has the usual projections (3) and slits of the mixed tile to fit with adjoining tiles, a heel (5) has been arranged for assemble with faldon or top ridge rake.
Figure 3.- A shortened covering piece (6) of shorter length than the covering piece shown in figures 1 and 2 is shown, said shortened covering piece is similar to the

cover piece, but its length is varied to carry out a better adjustment to the length of the support.
Figure 4.- Shows the three types of battens used by the system: eave (8), faldon (7) and ridge (9).
Figure 5.- Shows the lifting block (10), which is used as support and fixation of the three types of battens, as well as the first and second fastening elements (11) to the support and to the battens.
Figure 6.- Shows the skirt of faldon (7) through two perspectives that allow to see all its faces. The vertical sheet showing the negative crown (12) of the lower face of the covering piece necessary for supporting and fitting the cover pieces of the upper row to said skirt skirt is shown. On the upper face of the base a plurality of grooves (13) for the penetration of the heels of the lower face of the covering pieces is arranged. At one end of each recess a flexible tab (14) is provided which allows that when introducing the heel (5), the covering piece is perfectly anchored. On the lower side there are holes (15) for the passage of the screws.
Figure 7.- Shows the eave batten (8) distinguishing in the vertical sheet the same shape (12) of coronation as in that of the skirt of faldon (7). The remaining faces of the profile are arranged so that the flight of the covering piece with respect to the lower limit of the support is 12 cm. In the lower vertical face there is a vertical grid of the same up to the support, preferably in the form of a comb (16) closing the gaps that arise when being lifted on the lifting lugs (10).
Figure 8.- Shows the ridge of ridge (9) presenting the same shape as the skirt of faldon, except the vertical sheet, since in this ridge of ridge (9) only assembled a lower row of pieces of cover (1, 6)
Figure 9.- Represents the assembly of the cover pieces (1), skirt skirt (7) and elevation block (10), from the bottom point of view, so that when representing the pieces with their hidden lines is allowed appreciate the assembly of the cover pieces (1) with said skirt skirt (7), as well as the coupling of the skirt skirt with the lifting block (10).
Figure 10.- Shows the assembling sequence of the elements of the system on a support (17), practicing in the same holes (18) for the placement of the first and second fixing elements (11) that will have to fix the scraper of Faldon (7) located on the lug of 5 elevation (10), to finally assemble the covering pieces (1).
The devised system can be produced in the manner that is expressed below, without this implying any limitation as to the use of different materials or other forms of manufacture. The production of elevating blocks and battens using 10 thermoplastics is proposed. Given the geometry of the studs, its production is considered appropriate through an injection process. In the case of the battens, it is possible to obtain a continuous profile of constant section by extrusion in which to obtain by means of mechanized by milling the cuts, recesses and holes required for the termination. For the covering pieces can be used the usual methods of manufacture in ceramics or concrete, based on the use of molds to be filled with the material in liquid or plastic state, for its later cooking or setting, and demoulding.
